Shri Manguesh Temple (Priol):
Well placed in a multi-coloured structure with Moghul style domes resides the principal deity Shiva in solid gold. Also tucked away are the ceremonial chariots at the northwest corner of the compound.

Mahadeva Temple (Tamdi Surla):
Ranked as the oldest temple in Goa, this Shiva temple is a specimen of Kadamba-Yadava architecture. The intricately carved lotus on the porch ceiling is a splendor in stonework.

Shri Shantadurga Temple (Kavlem):
This temple is dedicated to Goddess Shantadurga (incarnation of Goddess Parvati) was built by Shivaji's grandson Shahu Raja. A delicately carved silver screen visually dominates this temple.

Basilica of Bom Jesus:
This church attacts thousands of pilgrims from across the world for a glimpse of the relics of St. Francis Xavier. The Mausaleum is tiled with white marble and the silver casket is embellished with precious stones, this church offers a rich blend of culture and architecture built in the 16th century.

Se Cathedral:
Offering the 'Golden Bell' as its main attraction. This cathedral also carries the proud medal for being one of the largest in Goa, with its main carved altar coming alive with scenes from St. Catherine's life.

Church of St. Francis of Assisi:
Gilded carved wood-work, old murals making it one of most magnificent buildings in Goa.

The Church of Mae De Deus, Saligao:
Gothic structure nestled amidst picturesque surroundings at Saligao, has a shine of Mae De Deus (Mother of God).

St Jerome's Church at Mapusa:
Comprising of three altars, the main one dedicated to Our Lady of Miracles.

Fort Aguada:
The fort has a proud possession of Asia's first Lighthouse. Aguada fort was built as a guardian monitoring entry to the river Mandovi. Little away is the Reis magos Fort where the Church of Reis Magos is situated.

Cabo De Rama Fort:
Bastion of the southern coast was rebuilt by the Portuguese and further used as a prison.

Chapora Fort:
Portuguese built this fort for their protection from various other rulers. Remains of escape tunnels can still be found at the site.

Terekhol Fort:
Guarding the banks of Terekhol River, the remains of this 17th century fort on the northern tip of Goa is now a Heritage Hotel.
