Godfrey's Indian Retreat
Godfrey's Indian Retreat, formerly known as Goofy's Countryside Hermitage, is spread over a 30-acre hilltop estate. This is a rustic paradise, with lots of birds, peacocks and jungle trails. Go on an elephant ride and take part in activities including lessons on henna designs and basket-weaving. Day visitors can also enjoy these activities.Location: At Sal Village in Bicholim Taluka, about 21 km from Mapusa
Rustic Plantations
Rustic Plantations is the only accommodation option in Sattari Taluka, an area virtually untouched by tourism. The resort offers nature camps and many activities in the great outdoors. These include trekking, bird-watching, snake shows and night treks.Location: 8 km from Valpoi in Sattari.
Tip: Rustic is a seasonal resort, open from October - May
