Resort started in 1989. As a 53 room resort set in six cottage blocks with rooms done up in a rustic style. Now expanded to 122 rooms with the addition of the new 69 rooms main block with highly polished Granite flooring and all the modern fittings in 1996. Fully Air-conditioned.

Sample typical Goan food that the resort is famous for while you sip on 'palm feni' and listen to some live entertainment beneath the majestic banyan tree or you can join in the weekly beach barbeque round the bonfire.
The insomniacs can shift to the waterfall coffee shop when the main bar closes at 11.00 PM.
The resort is also an ideal place for those who wish to rejuvenate their body and mind. The 'Kerala Ayurvedic Centre', with its highly qualified doctor, offers treatments for a wide variety of disorders or if you are fit the massages they give will surely make you feel young again.
