Experts prescribes Shirodhara for 40 minutes daily for 7 to 21 days.

Pizhichil

Linen strips are dipped in lukewarm medicated oil.

Two to four expert therapists will apply lukewarm medicated oil all over your body in a rhytmic manner for atleast 45 to 90 minutes. The duration depends on your needs and also as per the doctors advice.

Abhyangam

  • Dislodging Stubborn Body Fat

This is a typical oil massage when an appropriate oil combination is selected for each patient individually. During massage the body is anointed with warmed oil on all sides in a certain order and the patient is asked to change the position of his body from time to time accordingly. It is very important that the movements of the massage are strictly performed along the energy lines of the body and the so-called marma points.

This, in turn, leads to the elimination of waste substances from the body and the arrangement of the body energies along with a pleasant relaxation.



Kizhi

The Kizhi treatments are done only after sufficient tuning or preparation of the system with vigorous Abhyangam or synchronized massage. The type of Kizhi is decided by the physician after a consultation.

Udvarthanam
